This coffee bean is a varietal from Ethiopia and is exactly what we wanted to represent the name First Dibs Supreme as our Supreme. Roasted in small batches to order the light-medium roasted Yirgacheffe adds a soft, fragrant, flowery note that is complex to the palate with a long, resonant finish.
