Return Policy | First Dibs Home Decor

Most products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the date of delivery. Customers will still be responsible for paying all inbound and outbound shipping charges associated with the purchase as well as a restocking charge of 20% of the total purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  1. Customer must request a return via email and receive approval for a return authorization number from First Dibs Home Decor. To request a return authorization number, please send a request by email to: returns@firstdibshomedecor.com
  2. Products must be returned in its original box or packing.
  3. All returns must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, and warranty cards.
  4. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from refund for all orders that offer free shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping costs can be very expensive for large items.
  5. Customer is responsible for costs and must notify First Dibs Home Decor for returns and include shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please retain all shipping and tracking information from the shipper until you have been credited.
  6. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund for all returned, non-defective merchandise.

Any orders that are refused upon delivery, undeliverable, or cancelled after being shipped will be subject to the above return policy.
